Default Recap for the First Season with my new 308

Last Christmas I got a T/C Compass in 308 Win, a caliber I had never owned before.

I put a 4X Nikon scope on it that I had laying around and scrounged up loading components and found a really good load for it.

Started the hunting season in CO where I took this bear on Oct 16, 2021.

I then took a 300 pound wild hog here in TX.

Followed that up with a nice bobcat

And closed out the season today with this doe

All in all I fired a total of 4 shots at game and had 4 one shot kills. Life is good.

Cheers

Tough act to follow. Congrats. Rifle seems to be working for you.
