Good luck on the hunt. The Dog Bar in nearby Cuchera is a good place to eat and wash down road dust. I still wear my Dog Bar t-shirt. Really nice looking country.

I got this image from Google and this IS a big bear. Look at his ears. Also notice no crease in his forehead like the super big ones get. Now the 2nd one below is a real bruiser!

I have seen a lot of bears get tagged up here and as a rule the bigger the ears look the smaller the bear.. Just saying..

Mrbb made a good post on this thread and then deleted it. It was good stuff though, should have left it up.

Bronk knows bears. Both killing them and watching them. So if he says it's a Biggun, it probably is.

I was just commenting on how the ears looked from that picture. He knows the area that his trail camera is in and had comparison pictures with deer in the same spot.

Maybe in mid October we'll get an actual weight report from the PA muzzleloader bear season.
