Montana Spring Bear - Late Season
Two of us are headed out from MN to chase bears this Spring in Western Montana. Looking to go the first week in June.
Based on what areas are open, we have narrowed it down to 240 & 200 and leaning more towards 200.
Wondering if anybody has any experience hunting this, what to expect and any tips for those specific zones. First-time bear hunting of any kind so expecting a steep learning curve.

SNOW is not our friend when bear hunting in the spring.
The later it is the better the access.
I have always felt the last week of May to be the best but,
if the areas are still open after May 31st it should be a good time to try.
