Wisconsin 2020 bear season
Not too bad. This bear has been coming in rather consistent
I hope to see it with my 54 caliber Sharps black powder carbine in hand!

Still struggling uploading pictures here.
My Sharps at the bench trying new powders.
Pyrodex was a dud. Rifle wouldn't fire at all.
American Pioneer was awesome but I'm out and I cant find any.
I tried Old Eynsford 2f and had misfires.
Goex 2f was ok but eventually that also gave me misfires.
Quite a difference in granular size between the 2 powders even though both are listed as 2f or ffg.
I have SOME 1.5f Swiss coming.
I'll keep practicing.

I hear you, I know countless of my hunts were more about keeping my sanity than getting a kill, something about being away from people as far away from them as possible at times, and trying to forget life for a while, to recharge body and mind!
life sure has a way to almost be overwhelming at times, and having a OUT is what we all need some times
so, again, best of luck to you to re charge!
