Can people give me their opinions of non hunters spending time camping and glassing but not hunting during the rut. Are there forums where you could advertise your presence and availability for packing out meat for other hunters in the area

Non-hunters can do anything they want on public land at any time of the year. They have as much right to be there as you or I do.

Sounds more like an attempt to be a guide in disguise.....which guides do have limitations.
