Wyoming Preference Points
 

The dates for buying preference points in Wyoming are July 2 - October 31.

If you think you want to hunt there in the next few years you will be very glad you have a few preference points when it comes time to apply for a license. The current cost is $31 for pronghorn, $41 for deer, and $52 for elk. Accumulating points can be expensive but it can make the difference between drawing a license in a good unit or staying home.
