Mine were confirmed today for both cow elk and doe mulie tags. Still hoping with terrible parts of the west going thru a miserable winter and some states cutting tags, that there will be surplus tags for friends who have now decided to come from out of state and deer hunt. They are wanting to experiences the Last best place. Doing so, by buying a surplus tag is excellent way to do so in my opinion.
