I really don't have "one" in particular. I've done many for Elk, Bear, Mule Deer, Antelope, hogs, & Whitetail DIY, public land (14 states bowhunting) & a few guided (Caribou, Bear) where required mostly. Elk/Mule Deer was high on the list when younger (30+ times to Co & N.Mex) Bears many times (15 I think) & 3 for Antelope with the 1st being at age 68.. Elk has to be on or near the top for many bowhunters.

I'd have to say Pronghorn!
active most of the day...
just a blast to hunt, a unique specie, many people who don't live in that country don't even know they're from the US... ie most easterners have no clue we have pronghorn running around western states...
other hunts may be better greater etc.. especially when successful, but 1 hunt every hunter should do, I'd say pronghorn!
although maybe I should keep it my secret?
