Mt Zirkel vs Rawah?
I want to do a early season September rifle hunt I am debating between these two area curious who has done one of them and if you could shed any light on them? I know these areas are popular hiking/camping areas so I will have to deal with that.

Have you already drawn a tag for a unit there in 2016 or are you talking about a hunt down the line? You also haven't even stated whether it's deer or elk you want to hunt.

Planning for 2017 or 2018. Its for mule deer that's the only early season rifle option for game should have mentioned that

I've done a little elk hunting around Zirkel. Rough country.
