I have eaten everything above , with the exception of turtle and squirrel .but would try either .

I would eat all of them again ,though I didn't particularly care for bear. found it to be greasy and a bit nasty, though the jerky I made was good.

OF COARSE WHAT I WOULD AND WOULD NOT TRY IS ALL RELATIVE TO HOW HUNGRY I AM.
if starving, I would gladly chew the rear end out of a dead rino.

The bear meat from the soup actually didn't taste too bad, as I recall, but it was a little oily, even after processed in the soup. The duck was rather oily. Enough to consider not eating it again.

Any respondents ever eat groundhog? Only know of one person who's tried it,personally. Upon inquiring w/them about the taste, I got the typical, "It tastes like chicken."`

Have shot and ate most game here in Kansas. Deer, turkey, ducks, geese, pheasant, quail, prairie chicken, dove, rabbit and squirrel. Other critters include coon, crow and armadillo. I like it all.
