I used to hunt ewe bighorn pretty often over by Georgetown. Back then you could draw the ewe tags as a second choice. While we waited for a ram tag to pop we would hunt ewes. Fun to hunt and fantastic meat. Unfortunately too many people put in now and it takes several preference points to pull a ewe tag these days. I'd like to take one more ram so my days of ewe hunts are over since I need to save the points. I have 3+10 weighted points right now and I still don't know if I'll get another crack at a ram. I drew in 1986 so at least I got one in my life.
