New to the forum

I just wanted to do a quick intro since I am new to the forum.

I live in CO and am a long time hunter, however, new to deer and elk here in CO. Deer hunted in CA, IL and MO and mostly upland bird hunted the last 7 yrs. since moving to CO in '05. My son just passed his hunter safety and he really wants to go after deer and elk.

We are elk hunting GMU 35 1st rifle so he can take advantage of the late youth hunt and 9/19/191 for deer. A work buddy is getting us on some NF through private.

I look forward to learning as much as possible from the group.

Welcome to the forum. I'm a 5th generation native of CO on my mother's side of the family and am aligned with the Arapaho tribe on my father's side. So, my roots go way, way back in that area.
