My favorite lever gun was a Winchester M1894 in .32 Special. I had a day when I suffered and extreme case of stupidity and I traded it off. I also had a 300 Savage I took in a trade once and I only had it a week and traded it on something else. The Savage was pretty slick but I never even bought a box of shells for it.

I had an FFL for about 6 years and I went through a lot of guns back then including some I should have kept ahold of. Oh well, life goes on.

Don't ya just hate when we get that case of stupidity. I know I've had it a time or to myself.

Default 03/30 for elk

Use Hornady LeveRevolution ammo. That ought to just do it for elk.

Well as some of you know, the hunt was back in October. My buddys kid took my 30/06 and was never able to pull the trigger on a legal bull.
