I am looking at a few second (and third) choice possiblities for backup Mule Deer units. Looks like they are few and far between. Top of my list are some of the general units (W, Y, E), but I noticed Area 22 is typically available. Why? I know the state lists it as a problem access unit, but it looks like there is at least some accessible land there. Success rate looks pretty good. Is it just that there are too many tags issed there? Anyone have an opinion on those general region tags?
