Wyoming Elk Unit 37 DIY hunt??
 

Hi Guys and Gals, I've been searching around and I am looking for some insights from anyone that has any experience in Wyoming unit 37. A few years ago we applied here for the first time and have been adding points since. We had to put in for the Code 9 because of our work schedules and this year looked best for us so we splurged. We haven't gotten a tag yet obviously but any advice would be great!

I hope you're aware that the type 9 archery only tag you put in for is only valid for the USFS area south of Wolf Creek Trail (USFS #001) and outside the Wilderness Area for NRs unless accompanied by a licensed guide or resident and then the rest of 37 that is all private property. If you didn't know that, you have until 5PM Mountain time TODAY to go online and change it to another area under the "Modify" area of your account. If you applied as a party, the leader has to do it.
