i put out dry dog food with mollasas for bear but it poured rain all night and now the food is soggy do you think a bear will still eat it

They might, I've never heard of using dog food, I use either cookie dough, pie filling, or some other sore of sweet candys. We buy it by the 55 gallon drum. Use 5 gallons of it and put about a gallon of deep fry grease over it. love it!

Odds are a bear will still eat it until it molds.
