There needs to be some serious penalties for this kind of thing.

In the meantime, if you have information about something like this, the Backcountry Hunters and Anglers offer up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to a conviction of such irresponsible acts.

Absolutely disgusting and if they get caught where they shouldn't be there should be high fines and confiscation of the friggin things!!!
