Your guess is correct, but if you want to attract bulls use the same scent as a cow in heat which is a mare' s urine in heat. It worked for the last 25 years and has accounted for many bow kills. I can attest to that. It is not easy to find but available.

I was going to say horse or cow pee. There' s been some lovesick bulls hang out with local horses and cattle in Alaska before. Makes for good news for our local newspapers and tv stations... they are always struggling for good stuff. :D
