It could be backpacked effectively well for sure.

If you were going to camp where you could park and hike into the unit daily... it could probably be hunted decently as well. But because it's wilderness no motorized vehicles allowed in at all.

A drop camp would prob be the easiest way if on foot... find a guide/drop camp outfitter with horses etc...

All valid options I suppose.
