i want to do a bear hunt next year have an oppurtunity to pick up the savage 116 bear hunter in 300 win mag or 338 win mag for a steal and a half. half of retail

help me decide which one

Well that depends on the bear you're hunting. If you going to hunt grizzly I would go with the 338.
