Spring bear hunt over bait?

Can anyone recommend a spring bear hunt over bait, with approximate cost? Archery or rifle. Preferably within driving distance of VA.

I've never purchased a hunt before and don't really know much about it. Thanks in advance.

We have a spring bear hunt in Maine over bait for $1995 + $300 for the license/permit to hunt the Reservation . Good success ratio, good food, good fishing, lodging in cabins right on a lake.

Their spring bear hunts have produced the largest black bear taken in Maine for the
spring of 2007 and 5 of the top 7 largest black bear taken in Miane for spring of 2007
