i recommend finding someone who does reload. IMO reloads are FAR more consistent than even "premium" factory ammo. you should get sub 1" groups at 100 yds with a reload. i don't think i've shot a factory round yet that can do that.

use a barnes triple shock hollow point. even a 150 gr will stop about anything out there.

Both Winchester XP3 and Federal Premium offer Nosler Accubond bullets. Nosler AB or Partition bullets are very good heavy hided, big game bullets that'll hold together well. I use the Nosler Accubond on Elk very effectively. I do hand load and use them almost exclusively, because of this characteristic and they are shoot accurrate (sub 1" in.) groups out of my rifles.
