For me it was partly because I was way out in the Alaskan Backcountry & it was easily the prettiest thing I have ever seen. The other part that made them the coolest animal to hunt for me is the way you can get out & challenge these monsters during the rut & they have no problem coming into less than 20 yds to check you out. One of the best hunting experiences ever!

I can understand the Alaskan back country. I've always wanted to go to Alaska to hunt and fish.
