According to Eastmans' the final cut is going to be...

10% non-res guided
6% non-res unguided

84% residents

It still isn't out of the Senate Finance comittee yet so nothing is final. Then it has to pass the entire Senate and at that point either go to the house as is or more than likely have some more changes to pass the house and then they have to match both bills up and then it has to pass both houses. Lot's of changes could be made along the way.

The 10% guided pool is for residents and non-residents also.
