i,m looking for any info on what, where,who, and when for a fully guided archery hunt...i,m in virginia.....but will travel to northwest if you think it is better than east...thanks

I would come to alberta because we have many more bears and a two bear limit per hunter.Try the outfitters association at www.apos.ab.ca

I have been on many Black Bear Bowhunts (MInn., Ws., Ontario & Quebec)-you have lots of excellent Bear hunting in Quebec & eastern Canada. Maine also has some excellent bear hunting available-you may want to try searching as there are many outfitters in that state. I took a 19" skull P&Y Bear in Quebec a few years back.
Being in your neck of the woods-I would try Maine or even Newfoundland or New Brunswick (2 Bear, I think).

ahunyer the only place i am certain that has a 2 bear limit is alberta, i know new brunswick has a single bear limit i hunted there 2002

B.C. and alberta both have two bear limits because they have more bears than the other provinces.B.C. however does not allow baiting .
