Default Bear Photo. Size??

Greetings,
I live in western New York State south of Buffalo NY. We hunt whitetail and I put up a trail camera and got a photo of what appears to be a pretty good sized bear. Can anyone take a guess as to how much this thing weighs? Male or female? Age? I know I'm asking a lot from one photos but I know nothing about bears. I've never seen a bear in this area before but see signs of them and they are making a huge comeback. Any help appreciated.

looks big enough to me. its hard to judge size without having something in the picture to compare it to. but he/she looks good to me.

I am no expert, but I would say its a mature bear judging by the size of the head / ears to the head, the ears look pretty small so it looks to be mature and too bad the tree/bush is there on his underside. Hard to get good estimate from his legs.

Thanks for the reply. I posted the other photo I have of the bear. It shows the body a bit better. Any guess how much it weighs? Thanks.
