Hands down hunting goats! Unless you can get to a mountain lake and shoot them on the cliffs, the access and egress (getting in and packing them out) is unbelievable!) Sheep and goats have excellent sight, hearing and smell, so getting within range CAN be quite a challenge, 'specially with a bow... The one thing that stands out for hunting these animals, is, not everyone is up to the challenge, so there is not the same amount of hunting pressure as with elk or deer.
