Anyone ever hunt Arizona unit 8 for elk?
 

I drew a late season tag for the unit 8 rifle bull elk hunt. I've been trying to draw for a very long time, have family that I'll be staying with in Williams.

To be honest I'm just looking for some advise or a starting point. Can't afford to hire a guide and can't go out to pre-scout. I used most of my time off on a surgery I had to have this year so I have just enough days to get out and hunt, and get back!

Has anyone hunted this unit in the late winter hunt? If you don't want to post that's fine and I understand. Maybe an email or PM though. Where to start, where to hunt, advise on strategy for a late season bull etc.. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!
