I bought a packsaddle mail order onct. Leather was crap. Stitchin' horrible. I won' t do it agin. I git mine made by a saddlesmith who knows where to double the leather an' how to stitch. He don' t use none of that low grade cardboard leather yer apt to git from some of those mail order places.

Thanks for the reply BeaverJack. I found two sawbucks at a local tack shop that have been gathering dust for a long time. The leather looks good, and there aint a piece of nylon on them anywhere. Nylon straps on pack saddles are my pet peeve.[>:]
