Default Finally!! Got my Arizona Elk Tag!

I finally drew my Arizona Elk Tag. I've been trying for about 12 years and finally drew my tag. I drew Unit 8, rifle bull elk for Nov. 26 to Dec. 2

All these years, can't wait for the hunt.. Used to live in Williams Az when I was a teen and have not seen my family for many many years.. So it's a huge bonus to go out and spend time with them over thanksgiving and get to elk hunt too!

Big time congrats are in order. You will have a great time hunting & seeing the family.

I never did draw a tag when I lived in Arizona.

Thanks for all the congrats and good wishes guys.. I will have a blast either way. Don't have to come home with a monster elk. Of course that's a big bonus but it will be fun either way. Something I've wanted to do since I lived out there many years ago. I think the success rate in the late season is around 30% and alot of the bulls are busted up from the rut.. So please don't think I'm celebrating or thinking I've got it made already.. After trying to draw a tag for so many years though I am excited about that..
