We offer Buffalo hunts with meals and lodging starting at $1,500.00 for a 800-1,000 lb animal. The processing can be done over night and the animals will equate to about 40% of the live weight. These hunts are great and the meat is excellent!

Depends. Buffalo can be very aggressive and are not always afraid of humans so sometimes they won't even run so it really doesn't matter if your on a decent size ranch whether it was free range or fenced. They may make it a hard hunt for you and then again if the bull has had a bad day and is not in a good mood he may make it pretty easy for you (providing you don't miss or wound him and really make him mad)

Yes, buffalo hunts are enjoyable but you can't compare them to a deer or elk hunt. On the same token, it's not like standing in a pasture and shooting at cows either. Buffalo can be very wary and may take off at the first sign of you, or they may bunch together and let you get close. Either way, they aren't domesticated cattle and have the temper and power prove it.

Do the hunt, enjoy it for what it is and keep in mind that men a lot braver than us used to kill these things with sticks and pointy rocks.
