Canvas Tent ?? (Need Help)
 

We just bought a new Cabelas outfitter tent and an older canvas tent. The zipper in the canvas tent is done. I took the old zipper out and bought a new zipper. I called the upolstery repair place and he wants a 120 bucks minumum to sew it in. He can kiss my arse. I'm going to hand sew it in myself. Anyone ever done this? Can you give me some advice? What kind of needle and thread? Anything else I'll need?
