my uncle was drawn for moose after 29 years of no success!!!!
congrats on him
hes a hardcore hunter who deserves it because he has introduced all my cousins including me into the sport of hunting

thats great news.

I know someone who had been trying to get a moose tag for years and years, then one year he got sick of it and bought him and the wife a guided hunt in Canada. Well, that same year he finally drew the tag here in the US. So, he filled the freezer with three moose.

I have been putting in in MN for 4 yrs now, last year I turned to friends on to the drawing and they nailed it on the first attempt. Just luck of the draw no preference points till you put in for ten consecutive and don't get it.
Good luck to him are you tagging a long and where will you be hunting
