That is a real nice bull. Good job shooting also.Most people shoot elk or deeronly one time even when they have the time for a second shot. The second shotcan sometimes save you a long tracking job.
What preserve did you get him on, care to post there contact information?

Congratulations hk20 on a fine bull. millagerober and sclward are very much correct. Tagin one of those
big boys on a diy hunt in the mountains of say colorado and packing him out is not just a hunt but an
adventure you would never forget. Even if not succesful in filling the tag it is still worth the trip just to
see the mountains and all the wildlife. It's never too early to start planning, in fact the earlier the better.
Planning is half the fun. again congratulations.
