If I had to choose from that list I would bet from experience the Savage would be the most accurate.
I would buy the Weatherby Vanguard. I owned one a few years ago and the fit and finish was good and it shot 1" groups with handloads.
I personally have had bad luck with the accuracy of Model 70' s, I have owned 4 of them, won' t buy another one.

Without a doubt it' s the Winchester Mod 70. It will last you a lifetime and your son' s lifetime. Great gun !

Winchester model 70. Can use bullets from 125gr-220gr for the 30-06. Can be purchased pretty much any-where.

No question, the Winchester 70! I have one in the 7mm mag.

Great gun for the price.
