distant hunting locations
 

I know a guy who flew from Chicago to Charlo, Canada to go fishing.
How far have you guys travelled to hunt or fish? I know this guy b/c I was the one who flew him.
I've never heard of anyone flying a thousand miles away just to go fishing.

I know three guys that drove1600 miles to hunt prairie dogs this summer!!

I drove 1850mi to Idaho this past spring to go bear hunting and will be returning in Oct to go elk hunting.

thousands go every year from chicago to canada to fish.

hunting/fishing, have to go where the game is......there's no elk/antelope, etc...here in IL.

I'm going a little over 2000 miles to hunt elk this year.

We flew to Africa just to go hunting. This year we're going to drive nearly 4000 miles round trip just to go antelope hunting. Whatever it takes to get to where ever we're needing to go to do what we love, we'll do it!

Drove from PA to Idaho (two guys), straight through, to hunt elk. Am going to do again this year, but might fly with the gas prices.
