Albionism is a recessive gene, second only to melanism as to rarity in the animal world. The off-spring of an albino cow would have no greater or lesser chance than that of a typical pigmented animal. So I' ve read, who knows for sure?
An article I once read cited a study which concluded that albino whitetail deer had a 20-40% higher incidence of infertility in both bucks and does affected.
