Nice bulls and cool looking camp. Got some buddies hunting around Durango right now, having a great time, but no meat ... yet. Sure wishing they had a deer tag though!

Not familiar w/Durango. What unit were you hunting. I had several friends that went to unit 4 for a DIY hunt. They went 9 of 12 but only had 2 bull tags.

My buddy and I are goin tomorrow for a bull, hope we see some similiar to those two!

Great pics Cbob, Just got home myself from hunting 2nd season in CO. Harvested my first bull on my first elk hunt ever. Just a 4x4 but got him on the last morning i could hunt on the 5th day hunting. I'm looking forward to grilling some of those tenderloins tomorrow. I also hunted near Durango just south of Pagosa Springs. Congratulations. Did you call him in and was he doing any bugling?

Great job and nice pics. We just got back from second season DIY Colorado elk. We went 2 for 3 with a real nice 6X5 (broken tine)and a decent 5X4. We were on the east side of the San Luis Valley.
