1st speedgoat does in CO.
Well . . got a chance to take a couple of Does opening rifle day here in Colorado. . . .The boy made a nice stock on his goat. Saw her way up on a hill and after about a 20 minute climb and another 20 minutes getting into position with out getting busted he made a nice shot on his about 175/200yds. I managed to find my doe out in the open and got up to about 200yds befor making my shot. . . . . got out just before the snow on Sunday morning. Back out this weekend for Elk 1st rifle. . .hope to fill my bull tag. I sure hope the monster bull I saw when we took a cow during ML is still about, dought it but I can wish. . . .only bad news is that we took the cow and saw the bull at 11600 and it was a nasty 3 miles back to the truck. . . . .

Now doesn't that just make CO. seem soooo much better than TX. The view, the thousands of public land acres, the variety of wildlife that is found, did I mention, on public lands that give you a view!
Congrats!
