As you can tell by the pictures, we didn't get one [8D]But that's why it's Moose hunting, and not moose shooting.

Those are some nice pics you got there. Too bad you didnt get one last year, all that means is that they will be that much bigger this year:)

What the average spread for a moose out your way anyways??

Not sure, but I know a few people who have shot 50" plus bulls in the last two years. Nothing massive, but good size bulls.

The top one is a sporterized Mauser 38 in 6.5x55 Swede

Bottom is a custom .35 Whelen built on a Muaser 98 action
