RE: What states allow non residents to hunt Big Game
All states in America ALLOW non-resident hunting, but for some states, it might as well not be possible, like in state like Nevada where it's rediculously hard for non-residents to draw for elk and stuff.
But to answer your question, every state allows non-resident hunting in hunting areas. |
RE: What states allow non residents to hunt Big Game
Sometimes the non-resident hunting license is more (a lot more!) expensive than the resident. Also in some states the non-resident hunters must be with a local outfitter.

RE: What states allow non residents to hunt Big Game
That would depend on what big game you are wanting to go after? Because unlike what someone else on the thread posted NOT all states allow non-residents to hunt ALL available big game. There are some states that restrict what a Non-Resident is allowed to receive a tag for.

Colorado does not require a outfitter or guide. You just need to do your homework on the game area you want to hunt.

The best thing I can recommend is for you to read the Big Game Brochure and ask questions as to what you don't understand.
http://wildlife.state.co.us/RulesRegs/RegulationsBrochures/BigGame.htm That should answer about 90-95% of your questions and feel free to post up anything you don't understand. I will gladly do what I can to help you out. |
