I just wanted to comment.
I was reading through this post and found myself in envy.
Very nice pics, very nice rams,in very nice country.
I know I'll never go on a hunt like one of these but I enjoy reading about you guys getting to.
Seems like those would be some awesome adventures. I hope you guys realize what you have. There's a lot of hunters on these forums that would love to be in your shoes. Consider yourself blessed.

Dalls are all on LEH, as the only pure dalls can be found west of bennett lake BC. The 'dalls' east of bennet lake, although white, are mostly fannin. A cross breed between a stone and dall. these sheep cannot be considered dalls for grand slam, and they are on GOS.

LEH in BC = Limited Entry Hunt(ing)
GOS = General Open Season

And yes windwalker, We are very lucky. Its funny though, the grass is always greener on the other side - trust me!

ive gone on 2 dall sheep hunts, self guided here in AK, been close both times to getting a nice full curl ram, but things just havent worked out yet, cant wait to go out this season, AUGUST 10th OPENING DAY

SMALL ONE (ON RIGHT35X38) I TOOK IN 1980, NEXT YEAR MY SON TOOK THE BIG ONE (38X40), HE WAS13, 1 YEAR OLDER THAN RAM . SAD PART WAS HE MISSED ONE DAY BEFORE WITH HIS BOW???42-44" CLASS, WOULD HAVE BEEN AND STILL WOULD BE #1 P&Y[:@]
