One thing I do with antelope, is bring a container of "Stop Rot". Stop Rot is an aid in preventing hair and epidermal slip andslows down the decomposition process. I spread it on the cape after I skin it. The antelope that we used it with, didn't have any slippage. You can buyStop Rotat most taxidermy suppliers.
