I think the only thing i would shoot 700 plus yardsaway is varmits...

coyotes etc.


I mean it is called HUNTING for a reason.
When the change it toSPOTTING an animal 1000 yards away then walking a few feet and shooting it, they have no way of spooking the game...

So for you longrange shooters...nice shots but try a opensighted rifle and lets see your hunting skills now...

So it's ok to shoot an elk at 400, but stupid at 1000. It's ok to shoot a coyote at long range, but not a deer. It's unchallenging to make a long range shot with optics, but not if it open sights. Ok, I think I get it now.

In our State, the 50 BMG cartridge is not legal for hunting..
