RE: This is pretty funny
I think that is bad PR for hunters. A lot of people notice these kinds of things on our highways and might not think to highly of it. Don't get me wrong that is a very nice elk that I would love to show off, just to the people who would like to see it, not forced to. Isn't that Illegal according to the DOT anyway?

Seen this picture awhile back with a story. I believe it was out of Great Falls, Montana.
As far as bad PR ain't no one out there anyway. But what is funny is to see some out of state guy strap one to his grill or over the hoodwhen he has plenty of room in the back and drive it aroundthe cityfor day's |
RE: This is pretty funny
Do you just go around looking for the most innappropriate things you can possibly find and then post them?
|
RE: This is pretty funny
Yes...that is funny, but I can see where the non-hunting public could be offended by that.

RE: This is pretty funny
I guess it wouldnt fit in the trunk, but they could have tarped it or something, even if its only wrapping the head.

The pic was taken between Roundup MT and Billings MT.The bull came outta the Bull Mountains.
I see nothing wrong with it,if ya don't like it then close your eyes or don't come to Montana. At least theyare making an atemptto getithome with the means they have. When I was 16 years old my first car was a 1980 Sudaru GL station wagon,I packed elk and deer with it.Greatest little 4wd I ever owned. BBJ |
RE: This is pretty funny
I thought that stuff only happened in AK! I see many things and just say "Only in Alaska". Looks like the AK influence extends further than I thought.
