They did recently, look at the 2006 Rugercatalog, the M77 MKII Magnum rifle used to be chambered in that caliber, but it's not listed on the website anymore, I think it's so that they can chamber the .375 Ruger instead.
I thinkthe new "Hawkeye" rifles look pretty cool, though.

Ruger doesn't chamber a .338 Lupua, they do, however, chamber the .338 Winchester Magnum.

[&o]Santa must have thought I was a bad boy. Because there was no Encore muzzle loader under the tree.
But, later that day at my Mom & Dads I recieved a Browning SuperPosed 20 Ga. Really beautiful woodand the action is tight and has very little wear. I looked up the serial number and it was manufactured in 1955. I am estatic to say the least. What an awesome gift, I truely don't deserve to have loved ones this generous!
