Hornady AMAX, 750grain 50 BMG (Well not yet, maybee next year)


Whatevers heavy and in .338 Mag has always worked for me.

My trusty 30-06 with Nosler ballistic tip 165gr bullets. First elk this year - double lunged a cowat about 150yds and the NBT went through and through, turning both lungs into jam ... :)

300WM/Barnes 180X:
#1 @ 10 yds through the shoulders-DRT.
#2 @ 40 yds through lungs-went 30 yds.
#3 @ 175 yds through the shoulders-DRT
All complete pass throughs.
