I'm taking the Alaska State bowhunters education course this Saturday here on Kodiak.

Any last minute things I should know about before going? I know the written part isn't hard, just want to make sure I cover all the bases.

only thing I can say is I hope you practiced <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>! Other then that you shouldnt have any problems!

Unfortunately I haven't practiced in a LONG time...but the good news is that the guy from the state that is putting it on will allow us to reshoot anytime (if we don't qualify the first time around).

the interior group will let you do something similar but you have to go to one of the master instructors houses to shoot at his set up. We only allow them to shoot once a day. If you dont make it the first time and ya know what you are doing, you will the 2nd!!! Have fun!

Good luck w/ your shoot. If you didn't practice and you don't make it, well it was meant to be. Thats the whole idea behind qualifying...being able to hit your target.
