How difficult would it be for and average ability truck owner to install? I have a 2004 F-350 w/6.0 Power Stroke. auto transmission. Does it have an adjustable start delay for diesels? What is the model number?

If this thing were a plug & play accessory, I'd be very interested, but I don't want to invest a $100 + shipping + $100 to install. Thanks anyway.
