Congrats on the birds we sure have some nice ones! Great job guys!
I hope to contribute a bird by this sat, I haven't been able to ready hit it this season I've only been out on two trips I think, anyway I know where they are so I have no excuse!

I feel for you cmoutos some law breakers and down right not cool hunters out there but most are good people so better luck next year and maybe use some time now to find roost in other areas for next year.

Well guys this was going to have to be my last trip out this season and I brought a bird home just not the one I had planed.
I shot this Jake after they came by my decoys for the third time, I had set up close by a gobbler but he was insisting I come to him but he was on private property. I was pretty sure he would come by later as he did the day before but nothing is fore sure so I decided to take one of the 7 Jakes that kept coming by.
I've always wanted a Jake fan but disappointed I didn't get a gobbler but in the end I rather get a Jake than nothing so guess this was the Jake trip.

15 pounds
no spurs
3 1/8 inch beard

Your score is 15 + 0 + 0 + 6.25 = 21.25 ~ JW

Well guys I'm done for the year. As luck would have it I put somebody else onto a bird, but couldn't get one myself. Good job to everyone, some nice birds.

Well I am done as well. Had a nice Tom hang up at about 75 yards. Thought about it, but got some real nice video instead. I guess my jake will have to do!

Good luck to those still hunting.
